Glassy is an alcohol awareness and reduction tool. It provides drink tracking, streak monitoring, AI-powered drink scanning, an AI chat companion, and a women-only community space. The app is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Health Disclaimer
The UK unit estimates provided by the drink scanner are approximations based on visual analysis and should not be used for medical or legal purposes.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Glassy. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Glassy offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Prices are in the currency shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region
6. Community Guidelines
The Glassy community space is a women-only, supportive environment. By participating, you agree not to:
- Post content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to other members
- Share misinformation about health or recovery
- Promote excessive alcohol consumption
- Impersonate other people or organisations
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
7. AI Features
The AI Companion and Drink Scanner use third-party AI models. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for medical decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within Glassy are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Glassy for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
